Curried
Veg and brown rice
2 kg mixed
Leeks or onions – dry stir fry then
add
4-6 tsp medium curry powder
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp cinnamon
Cook with a little water then add the
rest of vegetables with 1-2 cup of water
Simmer gently until ready
Optional add 2 cups tomato puree
Serve with Mary-Ann's Brown Rice
