Macadamia nut fudge
1-2 cups raw macadamia nuts
2-4 tsp Mary-Ann's raw honey
2-6 tsp Carob powder or Mary-Ann's Malted Carob
Blend until smooth in a food processor or pestle and mortar
press into shallow dish and refrigerate until set.
