GF Pizza Mix 1kg
Thai Rice Flour, Chickpea flour
- 2 cups Mary-Ann’s Pizza Flour
- 3-4 cups water
- 1 tsp Mary-Ann’s fine organic sea salt
- 1 tbsp Mary-Ann’s Extra Virgin Olive oil
Blend flour, water, 1 tbsp oil and tsp of fine salt until smooth add more water if needed as mixture must be sloppy like a cake batter. Pour onto a well-greased pan, add toppings and bake in a hot oven – for a vegan pizza use cashew mayo as the cheese or add avocado after cooking
Makes 4 pizza bases.
2 cup Mary-Ann’s pizza mix
3-4 cups water
1tbsp Mary-Ann’s EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
Mary-Ann’s coarse organic sea salt
Mary-Ann’s dried rosemary
½ cup EVOO
Blend flour, water and 1 tbsp oil until smooth. Add more water if needed to get a sloppy batter texture. Pour onto a well-greased pan, sprinkle coarse salt, rosemary and EVOO on top and bake in preheated oven at 180° for 20-25 mins or until crisp on top.
