Gluten-free pasta with asparagus
2 packets pasta, cook according to instructions, and then add the following: 1 punnet asparagus, cut into bite sizes
2 red peppers cut into strips
1 cup rocket, shredded
Mary-Ann's Garlic & Herb salt to taste
1-2 cup Tomato puree
Mary-Ann's olive oil to taste
Dry stir-fry the asparagus and mushrooms until just tender. Add with rest of ingredients to pasta and toss gently and serve.
