FRUCTOSE |
FLAXSEED FLOUR |
CINNAMON POWDER |
VANILLA POWDER |
SALT |

METHOD: |
Place dry ingredients in a large
mixing bowl. |
In a separate bowl, mix
all of the wet ingredients together. |
2 cup soy milk, 1/3 cup
vegetable oil, 2tsp apple cider vinegar. |
Fill prepared cupcake mould
3/4's full and bake for 15-20 min in a pre-heated oven @ 180C |
Cool and enjoy with Mary-Ann's
pre-made, frozen Cashew Icing. |
