Thai rice flour, Creme of Tartar, Fructose, Salt, Orange oil, Vanilla powder, Cinnamon.

Place Cupcake mix into a large bowl,
In a separate bowl mix 1½ cups of water, 3 Tbsp oil and 1 tsp apple cider vinegar.
Stir into dry ingredients until mixed through.
Take a well-greased muffin tin and half fill with the mixture.
Bake at 180°C for 13-16 minutes, or until a toothpick/skewer comes out clean.
Cool for 5 minutes before removing from a pan to a wire rack to cool completely.
Just before serving, dust with the icing sugar included in the packet or melted carob slab
