Burger Bun Mix (500g)
Ingredients: Chia seeds, brown rice flour,
buckwheat flour, psyllium husk, guar gum, yeast, white rice flour and salt.
Mix wet ingredients together..1⅓ cups warm milk, 2 ⅓ cups luke warm water, 2 tbsp veg oil and 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar. Mix the wet and dry ingredients in a large bowl. Combine with wooden spoon or by hand, mix for 5mins. Divide dough into 8-10 portions, shape dough into balls and place on a baking tray. Top with seeds of your choice. Cover the rolls with a dry, clean dish towel and set aside in a warm area for 20 mins or until buns have almost doubled in size.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°for 15-20 mins or until golden brown.
