
INGREDIENTS:
√ Plant Milk
√ Mary-Ann's Gluten-Free Self-Raising flour
√ Fructose
√ Dried Bananas
√ Dates
√ Veg oil
√ Flax flour
√ ACV
√ Psyllium Husk Flour
√ Cinnamon Powder
√ Ginger
√ Bicarb
√ Baking Powder
√ Guar Gum
√ Nutmeg
√ Salt.
METHOD:
√ Add 1 mashed banana
√ 1½ cups plant milk
√ 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
√ ½ cup water.
Combine with packet ingredients, place in oiled
bread or cake tin & bake at 170ºC for 25-40 min - test with toothpick.
