Gluten-Free Self-Raising Flour, Fructose Ground Flaxseed (Flax meal), Salt Ground Cinnamon,Vanilla powder
1. In a blender jug, add Mary-Ann's Pancake Mix. 2. Add oil and water-blend on high,let rest for 15mins and add a little extra water if too thick. 3. Grease a pan with coconut oil , pre-heat over medium heat. 4. Pour into your pan, using about ¼ cup of the batter for each pancake 5. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until they start to bubble around the edges and flip. Cook for another 1-2 minutes. Remove and serve with honey , fructose or cinnamon.
