Wheat and Gluten Free. Easy to digest.
Use in place of wheat flour. When using rice flour in baking, add a little ground flax seeds chickpea flour to help bind the mixture.

Brown Rice Tortillas
2 cups brown rice
2-4 cups water
half to 1 tsp salt
Blend well and let stand and then pour into a pan and gently cook
You may have to use coconut oil to avoid sticking
flip and serve or freeze or keep for up to 1 week in a cool dark place
use sweet or savoury with honey and cinnamon or with chili and beans and cashew or sunflower seed mayo.
