Went there yesterday and got to speak to Mark the friendly co-owner of the place. The staff are very friendly too. I enjoyed the capachino with almond milk which I sweetened with fructose
We had the full plate buffet for R140, where we got a second helping.The food was delicious, with each item bringing out a Burst of unique Great flavours. Throughly enjoyed the roostie, the marinated mushrooms, curry, cashew mayo, chilli relish. A wholesome delicious meal. Everything was gluten free and mostly vegan. Only the honey, peanut butter honey, honey in the hot chilli relish. They have a variety of breakfast bowls, smoothies and juices.
Some make use of honey and yogurt. They also have a grocery section selling a variety of things like dried fruits, nuts, chocolate, card, sanitary products, cleaning products etc. They also make use of biodegeable packaging made from cellulose.The seating areas are very summery and cool. The place is kept clean and neat.Really recommend a must go to place to eat amazing food.
